About Integrated Performance

Our Philosophy:

  • At Integrated Movement, we focus on building overall athletic development with every athlete that walks through our doors, no matter what sport they play.  We believe this is the foundation for enhancing athletic performance as well as minimizing the athlete's potential for injury. 

 

Your Foundation:

  • This foundation will help create proper mobility and stability first which allows us to build our athletes from the ground up and not the typical top down training modality that other facilities offer.  Flashy exercises and pieces of equipment will NEVER outweigh the fundamentals. At Integrated Movement, we value simplicity and efficiency which will ultimately lead to your best results.
